Free Kids Dental*
The Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS) is a government-funded program for eligible children up to the age of 17. It provides financial assistance for basic essential dental care such as check-ups, x-rays, fillings and extractions.
Each child is capped at $1052 over two consecutive calendar years and to be eligible for the CDBS, your child must:
- Be between the ages of 2 – 17 years old
- Be eligible for Medicare
- Be receiving, or be part of a family receiving, certain Australian Government payments at least once a year
